Who is he? Is he any good?
2 deep at every spot on the OL the past 2 seasons which is extremely impressive.
Not great. But he was an underclassman. So he still has an opportunity to improve.
We got so beat up on the line the last 2 seasons, he was a huge reason why no one asked why our OL was overrated despite going down to 3rd string at most spots.
He has loads of potential but he is a hot headed dumb arse who will cost any team he plays for from time to time by letting someone get in his head. Overall though he is a get for anyone and has the potential to be a great get....

Not sure who this guy is, but I’m pretty sure if you claim a baseball player says something mean you can go somewhere else and play right away.
Or maybe that’s just if you claim a baseball player says something mean, you are a former 5 star who wasn’t going to start, and you are transferring to a blue blood. Haven’t read the new rule book

They have one more brother but he is like 5 or 6.

It was denied for one reason- the NCAA, as a general rule, denies in-conference, non-graduate transfers immediate eligibility. All the comparisons with Daniels (who didn't deserve immediate eligibility IMO), Franks (a grad transfer) and Wolf (another grad transfer) don't hold water.
Let me also point out that even if the NCAA had granted Cade's waiver, the SEC could have stepped in and denied it, making him sit out anyway. Not many realize the conference has to sign off on that particular scenario as well.

Maybe we should have offered the brother. Apparently there are 2 more behind him who could be better than Cade.
Right or wrong, Kirby doesn't play the sibling game.

Personally, I have no problems with allowing a one time transfer without sitting out for all transfers...
However, I am curious if there have been any waivers granted for transfers inter-conference , much less inter-division?

Probably not very sanitary with fingers/digits just laying around on random ice packs.

Cooper was never going to follow Cade to Athens so it didn’t matter.

Yes. The SEC tends to follow whatever the NCAA does when it comes to transfers. Sometimes coaches put up a fight but the PR hit inevitably makes them change their minds.

I cant think of an example of a non-grad intraconference transfer being granted immediate eligibility. Brenton Cox is a recent example.
