Great question, but my preference is that we give the Revenue Athletes a full scholly plus an enhanced stipend for Tax Reasons and for Labor Law and for Labor Relations reasons

Employee triggers a lot of legal-ese that would cause headaches, the current system is already set up for full schollies plus larger Stipends
