An $800,000 advance isn't excessive given Bernie's popularity.

Bernie has taken money from the NRA in the past but he is a foe to big oil, Wall Street and arms manufacturers. Those corrupt industries are the big bribe payers.

No serving Congressman should ever benefit from outside income solely based on his popularity as a public figure. Don't care what the party.

If Bernie wants to write a book about his expertise as a carpenter,fine. He can also write all the books he wants AFTER he gets out of office.

And if there was term limits when Bernie won office in the early 90's he'd be completely irrelevant today.Hes accomplished nothing outside of public office
