Check your 2017 numbers (80,000).

This is a real thing. Numbers are inflated. Covid deaths and treatments are lucrative for reimbursement purposes.

That being said, we don't need an article everytime someone pops up with it. We will all come in contact with the virus, like it or not. Some will express symptoms, many won't. Few will struggle, many won't. If you're high risk, protect yourself. If you're under 50, you're fine unless you have a bunch of comorbidities. College athletes are good to go. The media wants to blow this thing (by design) out of proportion.

Swine flu was more of a threat to college athletes. Where was the concern?

Flu... strains are seasonal. This isn't going away. We don't even know how long antibodies will last.

Better to be prepared than to dick around and not be.

What does that entail? I don't know but let's stop acting like this is the flu or a common cold. It comes with a different set of risks

Risk management should be taught in HS before personal finance.

& yet there's cures/vaccines for all that EXCEPT C-19 which, BTW, won't be until NEXT YEAR EARLIEST!
