We all love to hate on Clemson and take shots at Dabo. However, this a reach. Any school in the SEC not named Bama or LSU would take Dabo in a blink and he would be an upgrade.

LOL at lumping Coach O and Saban together.

LOL @ you for assuming I am lumping them together. O just won a title. He fits Louisiana and LSU culture. He's as popular as can be right now. No way LSU would trade O right now for Dabo. If LSU hadn't won a title and wasn't doing so well in recruiting then LSU would certainly trade O for Dabo. Today however, that isn't the case.

Well, let's look at this objectively...

O has revitalized LSU's recruiting, he's just finished his 3rd year as head coach.
2017, finished 18th after losing a disappointing bowl. 2018, finished 6th with a NY6 bowl win. 2019, finished #1, beating Saban and Dabo head-to-head. So in 3 full seasons, steady improvement each year, 2 top 10 seasons, and a national title (over Dabo).

Forget his name a second, and tell me you think he hasn't earned the right to be called a top tier coach.
