Maybe it was the same fans that made the "Work 'Em Silly" sign that got ripped up by the student section in '97 in Tiger Stadium trying to get revenge.

How do we know it isn't the same criminal that stole and burned Omega Mans Pat Dye signed Auburn hat? Some hateful individual that in the 90's went to conference games all over the SEC just to steal and burn treasured hats. I bet that if you look into it every SEC school has a fan that lost a hat at a football game. Some went home thinking they had forgotten it, but no it is a serial hat thief/arsonist. Somebody trying to divide us all knowing 20 years later the wounds would still be fresh and the hatred strong. Somebody with a southern accent so they would blend in. Someone outside our conference but close by. Jim Sweet.

My and and bunch of my fraternity brothers raided Alabama campers during the weekend of the 1999 Iron Bowl. Stole a bunch of beer-filled coolers. I'm sorry.
