He's going to likely lose his job because of an off-the-cuff statement, because corporate decisions are now dictated by social media mobs full of self-absorbed and semi-literate people. I don't like the idea of cultural excommunication because you said something offensive.
People will forget about this in 2-3 weeks. What he said wasn't derogatory towards other people but it was stupid as hell. If he doesn't have a job its because he sucks.
