3: Harbaugh at Michigan- yep, overpaid, but elite-level program who hired a Super Bowl winning coach.

This is false.
Ok, yeah. My bad.

Harbaugh LOST in the Super Bowl.
He got the 49ers to the NFC Championship in 2011, 2012, and 2013, with the Super Bowl appearance in 2012. Lost the NFC Championship in 11 in OT, so basically 1 play from going to the Super Bowl in consecutive seasons.

This was after going 29-6 at U of San Diego, with 2 11-1 seasons, and then going to Stanford and rebuilding them, with a 12-1 season in his 4th and final year. Then the 49ers stint, 3 conference finals and a Super Bowl appearance in 4 years, while in the same division as the Russell Wilson/Pete Carroll Seahawks.

So he is/was an elite coach, and BTW a Michigan alumni. Funny thing is that he's considered a failure, with a 47-18 record, 3 10 win seasons and 4 seasons finished ranked, out of 5. I guess he's overpriced, and he's a prick, but he hasn't cratered there, he just hasn't caught Ohio State.

47-18 with only 3 ten win seasons is not good enough at Michigan. Try CFP appearances. Big10 division or conference titles and even a NY6 bowl win. This is Michigan we’re talking about. Not UCF or Boise State. Raise your standards.
