Adam Hicks is worth millions and was still acting when he and his girlfriend went on an armed robbery spree.....I think he even had a movie released like right before they started
But armed robbery is certainly not a crime millionaires are typically arrested for

Millionaires, especially billionaires, usually Rob people's entire lifesavings with no need for a gun and when caught, serve their time in country club prisons with tennis...

Adam Hicks couldn't make his bail. He's no millionaire.
The fact is this case is far from decided and Baker's innocence/guilt is far from clear.
