had holes, but Richt consistency signed top 10 classes. It was FAR from a talent devoid roster. No matter how much you guys dump on Richt, he was a decent recruit

Worst shape our roster has been in since the 90’s when richt left. No sec level qbs ready to go, injury prone RBs, weak on the OL, weak at wr, weak in the secondary, and perhaps other holes.

LSU was in basically the same situation in a tougher division.

You do realize that the 2017 team that you guys are so proud of--the only Kirby team to win an SEC title (before losing to Bama in the natty)--that team was largely made up of Richt recruited players. You do realize that right? That roster wasn't in nearly as bad a shape as you guys like to pretend. Saban would have killed to inherit that much talent at Bama in 2007.
