Edit to add LSUs 2016 class won a national championship as seniors. Not surprising, that class was ranked #2 in the country. A great class made a great year when they were older.

Only 4 members of that class were starters in 2019 and Divinity was out most of the year.

How many in your 2 deep?

Did you not have any injuries in 2019?

Very few and I believe only like 10 of them even finished at LSU.

The only players from that class who had a big contribution to 2019 LSU were Kristian Fulton, Lloyd Cushenberry, and Rashard Lawrence.

Wow, Chaney got your whole damned offense drafted after showcasing their abilities in 2017

Like who? All those guys get drafted with or without em.Gee,how many seniors did he
"develope" in '17?

You could EASILY make the argument Nauta, Ridley and Godwin ALL woulda improved their draft status if Chaney opens up the offense in '18.Loads of under used talent

Hey V&S, seriously, what is it with you and all this scouting shite? You reference it a lot and you have creepy photos of scouts. You one of those pervs that got caught in a tent diddling a minor? Then you post that weird shite about you and your mom. BTW, idiot, the board corrects “cuss words”,

Less recruited for rankings instead of needs it seemed. Sounds like Jimbo at FSU

Agreed, if Kirby would’ve let Chaney go to the future Heisman winner and Top 2 pick Justin Fields instead of Jake Fromm, Chaney could’ve gotten all those guys drafted in day 2.

lol Chaney chose to stick with Fromm. Apparently Coley was the one who was vocal about fields being better, which is why Fromm had issues with Coley.

I’m sure this is the spin Georgia writers have chosen to use.

Seems interesting that Chaney has targeted exclusively dual threat QBs since getting to Tennessee, I’m sure it’s probably nothing.

I’m glad he learned from his mistakes. Looks like smart did as well. It’s not hard to go look and see who Fields primary recruiter was.

The vol savior signed last year is not a dual threat.

Chaney did not recruit him and immediately started chasing Haynes King after taking the job.

Nice try though

Chaney didn’t recruit Bailey at UGA, so it’s fair to say he wasn’t Chaney’s guy. Though going back over Chaney’s career I can’t remember many dual threats he rolled with.

What? I thought you said he "got all those
guys drafted"

quote:

Top 2 pick Justin Fields instead of Jake Fromm,

Fromm had 30 TD's,6 Int's and a 170 QBR.
Fields wasn't gonna beat those numbers in '18.

This offense shoulda been more explosive
in '18 and it clearly falls on Chaney.

Georgia always does the least with the most. They have been snake bit since 1980.
