Saban, Meyers and a very select group. But it's not common and there is a reason why you don't see dynasties. Not many coaches even get the 1st national championship, the ones that get more than 1 you can literally count on 1 hand.

Alabama has won national championships with 4 different offensive coordinators and 2 different defensive coordinators during the Saban era.
Obviously there is more going on than just coordinators.
