Wow. Nailed it.

A1abana fans will NOT like this.

Similar to how “2019 wAs tHeiR wOrSt tEaM” - even though that team had more 1-3 round picks than any other A1abana team and included their best QB eVeR.

Well said, some people always come up with narratives to explain away things they don't like. This was in fact the best NFL draft class Alabama has had in the Saban tenure at Bama with 9 guys drafted in Rounds 1-3, Had LSU not had 10 in the first 3 rounds, Bama and LSU would have shared that all-time NFL draft record.

LSU was an exceptionally talented team that beat an exceptionally talented Alabama team at Tuscaloosa and if my memory serves me correctly stopped a "31 home game winning streak" that Saban had going.

And lets be honest, yes LSU had 14 draft picks, but had Harris, Waddle and Smith come out this year, they all go probably top 3 rounds as well and Alabama would have had the record of most in top 3 rounds. Of course, LSU had some JR's that had NFL draft grades in the 3rd/4th round that could have made it a close race, Jacoby, Ed Ingram, etc.
