Mississippi State.
A 11th seed Arkansas needed to win the Tournament. You can't finish that bad in this conference with a loss to Western Kentucky and expect to get in.

I agree. Those are the only two teams that this truly affects IMO

The answer is Mississippi St in regards to SEC but you are off on your stance regarding Arkansas
