One is certainly worse than the others.... but 8 trips to the Tournament... 6 trips to the Second Round.... 5 trips to the Sweet 16... and one trip to the Elite 8... all since 2007 is certainly "significant". Especially for SEC standards.
Tennessee's recent program resume is lacking in comparison to Kentucky and Florida, but it is certainly nothing like most of the programs below it.
