Again, you’re speaking emotionally. I’m talking logic here. He still has the ability to redshirt.

Now I’m going to give you the answer you don’t want to hear. Taulia will never be a starting QB at Alabama and the fact that he played in five meaningless games means he can make use of that redshirt when he transfers out.

I can see both sides of the argument. Personally, I’m glad he played. Time will tell, but I don’t think this will bite us in the arse.

I get more pissed off at the guys who redshirt and then go pro after their sophomore season because they are that good

They played him in 5 games, the fifth one he did nothing but hand the ball off a few times and throw 1 or 2 passes. That is the point. They used his ability to redshirt last year over a few hand offs

Why do you think that’s what I don’t want to hear?

If that is the case then so be it. He didn’t look very good to me in the little action I saw him play anyway, which is why it didn’t make sense to me.
