The easy way to handle him is to just dig up the dirt on him and get him out. These YBOA/AAU etc coaches and "leaders" are always getting under the table money to run these kids

You familiar with racial politics in SC? My hometown of Conway dealt with this a little over 30 years ago. The black QB was replaced with a white QB (who as of today has won multiple titles as the head coach of MBHS). The blacks got the NAACP involved, the head of which (also a pastor) was a local rabblerouser. He urged the blacks to boycott the team, which they did, and turned a QB competition into a year-long civil rights protest.

As SOS said, there comes a point when things get so hot nobody touches it. Daryl Jackson could kill a man in the Lower Richland area and nobody would cooperate, because he holds that much sway over people. The center of the black community is the church. And we're not just talking religion. It's the political center and the economic center as well.

There is no bigger power in the black community of Columbia than Bible Way of Atlas Road. If the Jackson boy tells you not to go to USC you don't.
