I don't think we should be going after random quarterbacks just because they might be better. Already went down that road with Hicks and Starkel, when we would have been better off just giving Noland the starting job.

You mean the guy that plays baseball exclusively now? Not sure I agree.

Don't think it mattered who was behind center the past couple years. Performance didn't change no matter who it was. We tried starting guys we recruited, we tried starting transfers, we tried starting the home grown guys, we tried the Texas guys. Nothing changed. Theorizing changes is good for conversation but I think it's beyond obvious now that the foundation was the problem.
