You mean the guy who started for 3 years has more playoff wins that the guy who just finished his first year starting?

Mind blowing.

I think that’s a legit take. Newman’s season was almost a microcosm of Fromm’s - one where both their go to targets had extended periods of injury. I read where Newman was one of the most accurate QB’s, according to PFF, on the deep ball and with contested throws in the country. Combine that with a little bit of improved mobility vis a vis Fromm and I think there’s reason for cautious optimism should he come to UGA. I think any Georgia fan would prefer to see number 11 back next year through. Well maybe except the negative Nancy alter trolls on the Georgia board.

Speculation. The same thing the ppl saying he’ll fail are basing their opinion on.

Much more evidence to suggest that he will at best be a mediocre SEC QB.

UGA runs a stone age offense, until that changes there's literally no reason for optimism.

Didn’t Fromm get the win in his first year as a starter? Mind blowing, right?

I'm sorry to have to deliver the bad news to the SEC East and the rest of the SEC. UGA having a duel threat QB will be the leagues worst nightmare. Dawgs lost 3 starters off the Oline and 1 backup. No worries, we got 4 and 5 star talent battling it out for open positions. We lost Fromm but it looks like we will be upgrading. Melt biotches

This move means UGA easily wins the SEC East yet again.

Remains to be seen if it can mean more than that.

Ya because the supporting cast at UGA will be similar to Wake Forrest.

Georgia fans have spent all season talking about how Fromm has nobody to throw to, can you guys make up your minds

It’s almost like UGA will have new receivers next year.

Had Fields been able to hand off to Michel & Chubb, and throw to those WRs on those CFP Teams then maybe Fields would have playoff wins also

Fields is at least 3 levels better than Fromm will ever be

Everyone could easily see this except Kirby-Kerby-Kurby-Kirbi-Kerbi-Kurbi, however you spell it, the idiot HC in Athens

You had 2 good receivers. One graduated, the other is a headcase.

who are these mystery receivers that are going to light up the conference? where has kirby been hiding them?

Nah. I was in the upper deck in Tiger Stadium watching that offense work last year and the route trees UGA's WRs were running were so reminiscent of the shite LSU's were running under Les. No option routes. No attempt to move the eyes of the safeties. Your offense needs some new life brochacho.

It’s pretty feasible to see an improvement in UGA’s passing game with a year of seasoning on Pickens in the number one spot and Jackson and Bush coming off nagging injuries. I’m still not sold on Robertson, especially in the slot, and Blaylock returning from injury will likely have to ease back into rotation. But there’s talent coming in and somebody there will at least contribute.

They aren’t wrong about nobody to throw to though. Been a tough year for WR’s in Athens. Fairly serious and dire really.

But Fromm would’ve had it better in ‘20 than ‘19 and Wayne Newman will have it better than he did on Tobacco Road.
