For the idiots who think it’s going back to run, run, pass after Burrow leaves...bless your hearts

Thanks for the heads up. I thought maybe it was, but then you started this thread, abs now I learned that it’s not. Thanks so much!

Brady will take it with him when he’s hired away. Y’all won’t have him much longer.

No worries though...Ensminger will still be there.

So you are going to pay aranda 2.5 mil, brady 1.5 mil, and ensminger 800 k? Those are shocking figures for coordinators.

Just like Auburn fans thought the same after Cam left or A&M fans thought the same after Johnny Football left or Florida fans after Tebow left.

All schools suffer the next year after all world QB leaves.

Sorry LSU, back to 9-3 next year.

Players win games!..not offensive schemes. Who all are y'all losing this year?

Just like Auburn, post- Cam, next year is going to be humbling.

Hmmmm. Let’s examine the evidence:

1. Orgeron has several years of head coaching history for us to look at. He’s definitely improved since his early days at Ole Miss, but he’s still been no more than an average to slightly-above-average head coach for the entirety of his tenure before this year.

2. Orgeron has never been known for high-flying, record-setting offensive attacks. He isn’t even an offensive coach.

3. LSU’s success this year has been totally, completely based on their offense. Their defense has been rather pedestrian, at least by LSU’s usual standards.

4. Steve Ensminger was the OC last year, when LSU was not particularly strong on offense.

5. Joe Burrow was the QB at LSU last year, and demonstrated talent and ability to the point that he earned the nickname “Average Joe.”

6. Joe Brady was not at LSU last year, and was brought in during the off-season to completely revamp the offense, which clearly he has done. He is the only new piece of the puzzle that differentiates this year’s LSU team from last.

Now, given all those things, what is more likely: Ed Orgeron and Steve Ensminger have suddenly become offensive geniuses and this will continue as long as they are at LSU, or Joe Brady is an offensive genius, and this will continue only as long as he is there? Hmmmm...
