I have to put more at risk to have a chance in catching JD...but the negatives associated with that could blow up in my face. But as I said...no award for second place.

It's like you said...because of the emergency locks, there's no way I can clinch.
So the decision is whether to game the picks to get the best possible odds against whats been picked. Or to just stick with my gut and let it ride.
