SEC won't send aggie to play any BIG XII team in the Texas Bowl that recruits well in the state of TX. They're the golden goose for your conference's recruiting in that state.
so your position is that the SEC won't allow aTm to play Texas because they don't want to allow The University of Texas to get exposure to recruits in Texas

logic and reasoning isn't your strong suit...

You don't understand what people are talking about when they call out your conspiracy theories?

Nobody is calling the SECs part in bowl assignments fake news, dummy.

No I mean your league won't allow that, like I said.

LSU out-recruits UT in Texas for the top players, especially around Houston. Did the SEC disallow LSU from scheduling a home-and-home with UT?

You’re an idiot.

Oklahoma beating Bama in 2013(?) was bigger than anything that a BIG 10 team could do to A&M.

That was in the SUGAR BOWL, in NEW ORLEANS. Your conference doesn't control who goes there.

As for how it will be decided which SEC teams play where, the Capital One Bowl will have first choice of available SEC teams -- SEC teams that qualify for the playoff obviously won't be in play. After that it gets a bit interesting.
The SEC will select which SEC schools play in the Outback, Music City, Gator, Liberty, Texas and Belk bowls, not the bowl games themselves.
"This bowl process gives us the best opportunity to address several issues that impact SEC fans, including the creation of intriguing matchups, the accommodation of travel for fans, reduced ticket obligations for our schools and a variety of assignments to help prevent repetitive postseason destinations," said Slive.
As for the Birmingham and Advocare V100 games, they will have the next selections of SEC teams should any eligible teams remain, with the Birmingham Bowl selecting first.

We get to pick. STFU aggy. We do not want aggy to embarrass the conference by losing to a BIG 12 team.

Incorrect. My position is that SEC won't allow ATM any negative exposure in the state of TX in a bowl game, that they control, to any team, that might diminish the recruiting presence in that state. ATM is the lone SEC representative in their state. If I were an SEC executive, I'd do the same.

No you don't. You do well in Houston, that's true. But most of your recruits reside within the boot. You know that, I know that.

There’s about 17 players on the roster that are from Texas. Nice little percentage, n’est pas?

Yeah, no. Both UT and A&M recruit Texas better for the top recruits than LSU.

Not from Houston entirely. You made it sound like LSU only gets a handful of Texas players. 17 is not bad for an out of state school.

You forgot the words "and New Years Six".

At an absolute minimum, 3 SEC schools will play in the New Years 6. (Alabama, LSU, Georgia) Based on how well Florida traveled for the Peach Bowl last year, they're a virtual lock unless some wacky shite happens next Saturday.

That means Capital One Bowl has first pick (Auburn).

That leaves A&M, Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi State...THAT'S IT.

The Outback has never had A&M, so they would go there.

Son......you're talking to a fan of an "out of state school" that recruits in TX and has for decades. Your current class has TWO recruits from that state. 10 out of 19 current Sooner commits are texans.

Our entire roster is 40-50% kids from TX and has always been that way. You're adorable though.

I don’t really have a strong opinion either way. I feel like they’re struggling internally and don’t want to give them a chance to get out of it.

LOL. They legit won the Sugar Bowl last year, and will finish with the exact same record as aTm. Wut R U talking about?

Good for you. I never said LSU had a huge number of players from Texas, I said more than a handful. Maybe if you could comprehend at a higher level. Fortunately LSU does not have to depend on 50% out of stats talent. I believe you alluded to it earlier about the in state recruiting in Louisiana. I suppose we are lucky that our in state talent is better than Oklahoma. I am adorable.

Im talking about how the fans and big
Money donors are sick of Herman and his nonsense. He's 23-15 with a very manageable schedule over the last 3 years.
