Seriously. I get it. It was cute maybe 5 years ago.
Here's the thing - some teams would love to get teased about how long ago they won a championship. USC-e, Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou, MSU, etc. If they had ever won one (in the modern era - like before WW II).
When was the last time UT, UF, and LSU won an SEC Championship? It hasn't been as recently as UGA.
We know we're relevant NOW and ya'll can kindly FO.

Also fun fact, UGA has a losing record in the SECCG at 3-4 since 1992, while LSU sits at 4-1. At least when we get there we make it count

What high expectations you have. Yes you have more history than those teams. Neat. So do a lot of teams.

Actually you don't get it. This is one of those things that gets better with time. Each year it's a more effective insult than the next.

The difference is:
Those schools aren't Big Six schools. They aren't pulling in top 10 recruiting classes.
And most importantly: they aren't as easily rustled as UGA fans.

The crazy thing about UGA is that it’s not like they’ve gotten screwed out of titles or title chances (Auburn 83, 04) or had weird circumstances derail them (LSU getting the rematch in 11)
They just tragically, heartbreakingly choke when it’s all on the line. The consistency is nice though.
