When he has a competent offensive philosophy to build off of, he is an above average QB. But he’s symptomatic of how coaching. I don’t think Kirby was wrong to let Chaney walk but questions about just letting Coley be the guy because of recruiting and because Kirby was going to dictate the offense anyway have been answered negatively and Fromm is the biggest indicator. Kirby can obviously do a lot well but he needs to be honest about his offensive philosophy this offseason and how it’s holding this program back or he’s going to start to lose his argument in recruiting

I agree, Kirby is running the show and Coley is his Yes Man that he can boss around to run his archaic offense. I love what Kirby does with the defense but he has to take his hands off the offense and hire someone who can utilize the talent on our team. He should have done what Orgeron did, but he didn't, and it will likely cost us.
