He's not just the fastest white high schooler ever in the 100 meters, he's the fastest period. He ran an official 10.13 as a senior and a wind aided 9.98. He has already shaved his time down to 10.07 and he's not even close to his potential yet.

American Tyson Gay is the 2nd faster man in the 100 meters in history at 9.69. He didn't run 10.06 till he was a 22 year old college runner, Matthew is running right a that speed now and he's just 19 years old.
