I rode in one just from Prattville to Montgomery to get an emergency appendectomy and it was a nightmare. I couldn't imagine doing that for 2+ hours.

I ride in and/or drive one 2-3 days a week. They are not built with comfort as a primary concern.

I guess you missed the part where he was being airlifted to St. Vincents
That broke at the same time I posted, but that really doesn't mean much without them saying the reason he was airlifted. He's 2.5 hours away from a decent hospital. The only options to get there are ambulance or helicopter.

And at no point did I give an opinion on what I thought his health would be.

Barrett Jones posted this a little bit ago:

Final thought regarding Tua: Coach Saban takes players out of the game for one reason: to give other guys a chance to develop. It’s never bc he is afraid they will get hurt. That’s “The Process”. You can’t praise it one second and curse it the next.

Probably the last time Tua is in Crimson. The GOAT at Bama and made the Clutchest throw in CFB history

Without a doubt Bama wins with Tua.

Bruh, Tua is in the hospital as we speak. If hes not done for season we've seen this show before where he hobbles around a shell of himself.

Auburn DL is nasty. No doubt they'll stuff the run game. It's going to be a hard fought game if Bama cant take advantage of their hold happy DBs

I think we some of little Tua in that game.. might be his coming out party. He has those RPO’s down to a science. Just has to get more confident at reading more than the first receiver

Well, we have two weeks to get prepared (yes I know we play Western Carolina) for Auburn. The defense seems to respond when Tua is out...see the Tennessee game. Either way, Auburn is going to be a tough out.

I just hope Tua is able to play football again at this point. Hip injuries can be nothing serious or they can be devastating.

Honestly IDGAF about that at this point. I just hope Tua’s career isn’t over

Aubunr will not be easy.
IMO, if Auburn gets beat by Georgia today, Alabama will beat them. If Auburn wins today, they will have much confidence against Alabama and will be VERY difficult for Alabama.

Don’t think you will find anyone on this board that will disagree with you. I sure as heck don’t.

Agreed. If Auburn loses today they'll fight hard for about a quarter but if we can get up on them by 10 they'll roll over and die. If they win today that place will be a hornet's nest next weekend and we will be really lucky to get out with a win.

We all hate it for him and wish him a speedy recovery, but we know that was the last time we will seem him wear a bama jersery. We are blessed to of had him as our QB. My only hope now is Jalen beats Joe for the heismen

If you read our board, this is the exact reason Boz tells everyone to wait until after the game to start threads and to just melt in the game thread (Bamafan24, this wasn't meant for you. You're just the last post )

Seeing speculation that he has a labral tear.

I’m not a doctor. But, from what I can gather, that means he tore the cartilage that holds the ball of his hip in place.

Recovery is 6- 12 weeks.

Just saw where Fox Sports retweeted a doctor who gave his opinion after seeing the replay- “posterior hip subluxation resulting in labral tear,” he said. My wife who works in the medical field (she works for a surgeon in Birmingham) Shared the rest.
