That is the word coming from Alabama starter in the locker room. My sauce is my son who went to high school with this player. That’s all I’m saying.

I know this is not breaking news it’s just corroboration that Tua was more hurt than Saban led on before the game.

Yep

He was probably somewhere between 15-25%

Doesn't bode well for the others once playoffs roll around

I’m jacked up on them too.

What does that have to do with Devonta smith putting up over 200 yards on Stankley?

Curious what that says about him as a coach. He’s not looking out for the best interest of his players.

If Tua was my son his arse wouldn’t have even had a helmet in his hand for this game.

I doubt he was on any opiates at this point. Very likely that he was on Toradol.

I said yesterday he would get 90mg of oxycodone and a Decadron shot. That would be about right for what he was doing and after a surgery. He probably had Roxy 30’s and took a couple 3 of them and a steroid shot to help with the inflammation.
Now if he wasn’t used to that and once his blood got pumping he was probably as high as giraffe taint. It would explain the fumble early and the further he got from the beginning of the game, the less high he was, better he played and more he limped.

Tua produced numbers they would have been happy with a month ago. This is a non issue.

And Saban said postgame he was cleared by the doctors, Tua said he was good to go, he practiced all week, and the he was 90%.

A lot of gumps are sore losers.

Boo f_in hoo. STFU already, LSU was the better team. Tua threw 4 td passes, it just wasn't enough.

I don’t care about Bama’s excuses when it comes to their QB.

Tua is a stud. Tua at 80% is better than the long list of QB’s we’ve had to play them with over the last 8-10 years:

Jordan Jefferson
Anthony Jennings
DANNY Etling
Brandon Harris
Jarrett Lee

Let’s not let Bama off the hook. They got beat by a better team... a battle tested team.

Now he's on Lexapro too to deal with that the loss LSU gave Bama in Bryant-Denny.

Then Saban was stupid for playing him. Tua will be a good NFL QB and you risked his career for a game most of your fan base doesn't think matters now that Bama lost.

Prior to the game, it was a definite must-win for Bama.
