Both links and stats that you and I posted are from ESPN. Mine is in the box score of the "passing" category and it clearly shows 60.9 LINK

Since yours is also ESPN, that must be total qb rating which includes rushing.

As you noted, it shows Burrow with a total qb rating of 143.5 for the game. For the sake of comparison, it shows Mac Jones with a qb rating of 216.5 for his game. I suppose it was the 3 passing touchdowns, a better completion pct and average yds per attempt that made such a difference. RTG 216.5 CMP% 81.8 Pass Yards 235 Touchdowns 3

All you have to do is scroll down and scroll over to see Burrows rtg and Qbr for the Auburn game, and it has those same stats for every other game this year. His QBR for the Auburn game was 82.6. His Qbr for the year is 91.4. He is the odds on favorite right now to win the Heisman at even money.
I’m not sure what the link is that you posted. Maybe someone made a mistake? It doesn’t show much data so maybe the one you linked is incomplete?
I could link you more if you’re still having trouble.

And the link I posted was also “passing “ stats. You just have to scroll down to passing
