I am not fond of very high temperatures but I can function in them just fine; as long as I have something to drink. If the stadium is willing to let everyone bring in their camel pack of water then by all means shut down the concessions.

Otherwise packing tens of thousands of people in an over heated stadium with limited access to hydration is going to turn into a tragedy sooner rather than later.
