Actually Pitt finished the '16 regular season 8-4 & went on to lose their bowl game. But agreeing with your point - when healthy that Pitt team was capable of playing some reallt good football.

Sorry, you’re right they did lose the bowl. Just went back and checked and wow their scores were crazy that year. They did put up points. I had a double take on the Syracuse game. They scored 76 pts in a 4 quarter game. Giving me flashbacks.
