Your administration or who ever is making these decisions needs to take a tour of other SEC facilities. Are they old and still living back in the 50s or just cheap. I feel for y’all. Sounds like change is long over due

There is an interim Chancellor, interim AD, and a Make a Wish Foundation recipient as HC.

There is a power vacuum at the very top, and programs are suffering below. The next chancellor is a huge decision that OM needs to get right

They have no idea who is running the school anymore. You have two separate factions in Oxford. The university who is leaderless and the athletics department who is run by the Forward Rebels boosters. They know the university is leaderless so they try to push them around too. The top dogs in FR are the people who have built all the condos and hotels in Oxford and who are now scared shitless that they are about to lose huge amounts of money.
