That's certainly what Enos is trying to say here.
He can't just say "hey when I was OC at Arkansas and we had a shitty Bielema team we still curb-stomped Florida, so yes my new team is terrible."
He has to hint around at it, but he knows people like us understand.

That or he really, really, hates his QB. I thought the kid looked good despite his OL but I guess Enos saw more. Still, too harsh for a first game.
