Sounds like they couldn't suspend the Missouri players that committed the infraction (like they did State). So instead they had to hit the school. And add to it the tutor was an employee.

This isn't hard to understand.

This quote doesn’t make any sense...how is an athletics department tutor not an employee? If I work at the university gym part time I’m an employee...if I work as a tutor part time I’m also an employee. Someone pays them...whoever pays them is their employer.
