Time for the "Haves" to give the "Have-Nots" a little bit of their surplus. I think the top half of the SEC should take 5 million or more each and give it to the bottom half. It would make the conference more competitive in all sports. What say the Rant.

You shite programs already get a cut of bowl money even when you don’t make a bowl. What else do you want, Bernie?

OP is right.

One of the greater disparities is in merchandising money. Alabama should share some of that revenue from t-shirt sales.

All for one, one for all.

Hell no. Wtf is this bs? Anyway, an extra $5 mil a year won't help miss state against the big boys. Yall suck, you've always sucked, and you always will suck.

A&M should have to pay a 13MM penalty for having a losing record to Mississippi State. Every SEC university gets 1 million of that.

5 million a year from the top half schools isn't going to make up for Mississippi having Jackson as an economic engine

We literally share all money in the SEC.

Auburn earned $65 million for playing in the National Championship but netted $8 million in 2010.

We literally gave that money freely to our whole University System (The SEC).

They already do. Bowl money, NCAA tournament gets split between every team.
