Does Georgia Southern still run the option or was that Georgia St?

I don't think either run the triple option if that is what you mean.

Southern ran the old school under center triple option under Monken (and was famous for it before that), then Monken left for Army. Then Fritz came in and they ran a shotgun/spread option attack that was extremely heavy run (he's at Tulane now). Then they were a disaster for a few years with Summers, but now they are pretty good again and run the full on triple option but they do it out of the shotgun.

Southern runs a shotgun based triple option similar to New Mexico if you've seen them.
