Looks like he was going 89-91. THC to me is irrelevant at this point. If you’re going to choose to drive at 16, you need to be prepared for the responsibility that comes with that.

The word around town is that he is the nephew of J&M bookstore owner. Was traveling at over 80 miles an hour when struck car. WAs probably high and may have told the truth that he fell asleep or possibly passed out. Marijuana makes a lot of people real sleepy. Either way not good for the young man and will cause a stain for the people at J&M. Stupidity has a wide swath with the people it can hurt.
