Could be. And on a long stretch of interstate highway I might agree with you, but Shug Jordan Parkway has stop light every 1/2 mile to a mile or so. I have no idea what happened of course, just seems like something a kid would say to try and absolve himself of such a horrible crime

He may have an undiagnosed seizure disorder, but if he does, it'll come out soon enough.
