as someone who has blacked out on the interstate for 10 to 15 seconds before and woke back up and was going 110 - it could happen. not saying the MJ did or did not have an impact, but the idea that he could have blacked out is plausible.

Could be. And on a long stretch of interstate highway I might agree with you, but Shug Jordan Parkway has stop light every 1/2 mile to a mile or so. I have no idea what happened of course, just seems like something a kid would say to try and absolve himself of such a horrible crime
