Y'all really don't see whats coming do you?

LSU Football is about to start a five to seven year nap this season. Alleva left the AD with some crippling issues & Orgeron's program might be the biggest inferno of them all.

Getting soundly beaten in Austin is where the bad dream starts. God bless the fools who actually thought some room temp IQ goon like Orgeron wasn't going to run things into the ground.

No one knows what is coming.

I think both teams present a huge challenge to each other.

LSU because they can play man coverage and take away the QB power.
Ehlinger's run game only works if the safties play over the top of the WR.
LSU has the CBs to lock down Texas' WRs potentially.

On offense LSU has the weapons to threaten Texas' young CBs.
Potentially can wear out Texas if Texas has trouble moving the ball.

Regarding Texas
Their D can stop LSU from running the ball.
Traditionally Todd Orlando has been very good at shutting down the run game in big games.
This has been for 4 years.

This will force an offense not comfortable moving the ball through the air to be in 3rd and Long.

Defensively
Tom Herman/Tim Beck are very much like Dan Mullen
They all have that Urban Meyer connection.

Dan Mullen has traditionally caused trouble for LSU as Florida OC, Miss State HC and Florida HC.
