nicer looking and has a far more cohesive design

Sanford is like JHS in that both suffer from being built out and designed across multiple decades which leaves it looking disjointed/inconsistent and too often cheap/ugly.

You sure you’re not thinking of some other stadium? Because Bobby Dodd Stadium is as piece meal and disjointed as they come.

Tech isn't even downtown. They're in Midtown.

I think of Ga State.

Worst thing for Tech's design is the sharp angles + metal and concrete, but Auburn has the latter (and Sanford, I think).

Overall I think there is a very prevalent, almost cheesy (I don't know how else to described it) 90s/00s feel to parts of Sanford/JHS that I just don't get at Tech. It just feels more like a historic stadium than either of ours.

I really want Auburn to either pick to be a modern stadium and do the A&M type overhaul that requires, or to embrace steel and concrete and quit trying to make modern piecemeal aesthetic upgrades that clash. I know I'm overthinking this stuff but I love stadium design/architecture.
