They can’t reconcile federal laws with their desire for carnage. It happens. I’ve said plenty of times I 100% think will wade meant everything people assume he meant. But what I’ve also said is those tapes wouldn’t be made part of the record and thus will never see the light of day.

So if you're right (doubtful) and Wade has to consent, then the NCAA can certainly force him to consent or he would be obstructing their investigation.

This isn't a criminal case so he can't just tell the NCAA to go frick themselves. He has to comply, it's in the NCAA bylaws that you continue to point to.
