And that had frick all with whether I think he cheated (I think he did btw). Again, so sorry that didn’t work out for you. And your claiming to be a lawyer and being so out of touch with basic legal arguments made it all too funny.

You're actually quite wrong. Your reason was not the reason that he did not have to testify. Good on the lawyers for making it seem irrelevant (I would still argue that the testimonies would have been relevant to the case). I guess I'll go brush up on learning the federal rules for relevancy in a criminal matter.

Still doesn't stop the fact that the tapes actually did happen or that the NCAA is investigating.
