3. Emmert doesn't have that kind of power.

1) Wade innocent.
2) LSU fans are right.
3) Woodward and Emmert are family; therefore, LSU and Wade gonna skate like Nancy before she got Tonya'd.

There is no way in hell I'm wrong about #1. The video in the OP confirms that. The way he answered the questions in a prepared statement kind of way while also being awkward removes all doubt.
Tell me it's just the way basketball is done, I'll believe you.
Tell me there are many other teams in the same boat, I'll believe you.
But there is no way in hell he is innocent.
