What blows my mind is the guy is only like 27 years old. He was 25 when he was busted.

Dawkins is a kid comparatively speaking, he’s 27 yrs old and was 25 when he was wheeling and dealing with some pretty big time programs, coaches, etc. How could someone that young carry influence with recruits, their parents, and handlers? He had a pretty widespread network to be so young.
