What you got?

Tier 1
1. Mississippi State (NCAAT, Host, Natl Seed)
2. Vanderbilt (NCAAT, Host, Natl Seed)
3. Arkansas (NCAAT, Host, Natl Seed)
4. Georgia (NCAAT, Host)
5. Florida (NCAAT, Host)
6. Auburn (NCAAT, Host)
7. LSU (NCAAT, Host)

Tier 2
8. Ole Miss (NCAAT)
9. South Carolina (NCAAT)
10. Texas A&M (NCAAT)

Tier 3
11. Tennessee (possible bubble)
12. Alabama (possible bubble)
13. Kentucky (possible bubble)

Tier 4
14. Missouri (no postseason)

The Top 7 are basically all Top 10/15 teams. Insane. Basically impossible to rank. LSU is my #7 and they were #1 in the country 2 weeks ago and will probably end up getting a national seed when it is all said and done.

I’d probably order it Ole Miss, LSU, UGA, Auburn in that stretch, but besides that, it looks good to me.

ETA: while bumping UF to #4

Auburn pitching is elite right now but we will see vs the deep SEC lineups. Led by Jack Owen and Tanner Burns.

Burns:

2019): 3-0, 0.68 ERA, 26.2 IP, 4 BB, 39 K, .124 B/AVG

The Tigers rank in the top 10 in the country in these categories:

Shutouts: 5 (2nd)
BB/9.0 IP: 2.21 (2nd)
K-BB ratio: 4.41 (3rd)
WHIP: 0.99 (6th)
ERA: 2.15 (9th)

I particularly think Vanderbilt is the best team in the country. LSU’s record isn’t indicative of it’s full ability, that UT series was a buzzsaw.

1. Vanderbilt
2. MSU
3. Arkansas
4. Auburn
5. Georgia
6. Florida
7. LSU

I'd bump Auburn over Georgia and Florida and move Tennessee up to tier 2.

Ole Miss should be higher and I agree UF should bump up a notch. I also think Tennessee might be better than you think and I also think Bama is better than a “bubble” team.

I’ve not seen anyone else play yet but I assume everyone in the league except Mizzou will be dangerous as usual.

With that said .... Gamecocks back in a Super AGAIN this season.

I have to lulz at the people in this thread who have us finishing below 7th, or even 8th, in this league. I get it, we’re still rebuilding but we’re still college baseball royalty and a Super is a disappointment to most Gamecocks fans.

Only LSU fans understand where we’re coming from as fans. It’s Omaha or bust every single year.

Alabama may not be top 3 material but I think we're better than people are assuming.

I haven't kept up with the other teams to comment on the rankings other than to say A&M has Tier 1 pitching but unfortunately the hitting is more like Tier 4.

Childress seems to be on his last leg as HC. I heard he's been put on notice by the AD.

Ole Miss is playing like a regional 2 seed right now. If our starting pitching doesn’t improve we will probably finish 3rd or 4th in the west behind Ark/LSU/MSU and finish with 17ish SEC wins.

The good thing is our hitting will keep us in pretty much every game.

I'll wait until the half way point of the conference season to rank the teams. However, clearly the Razorbacks are the top team.
