A&M is where he got his start as a basketball coach.
The 2006-2007 A&M basketball team had Billy Gillispie, Buzz Williams and Steve Foster on its coaching staff.

The target should be a big name coach at a better basketball school, where the school is getting a little tired of said coach but probably not enough to make a move (but won't fight too hard), and the coach is more interested in keeping the money flowing than anything else.
