That's a complete rewrite of another article in which Kennedy was quoted as expecting to be back.

Not sure which is accurate.

Did he also get a national championship trophy presented to him when he was hired?

Won't matter who they hire, they will still get owned by their big brother, The Mississippi State University.

Not telling you how to do things but if you insist on announcing every Aggie who is out we could be here for weeks.

NO SHOT! He's got had a ticket with blue bloods for some time. Money talks, but aTm would be a huge step down from Marquette (then) and VT (now).

The latest: Why Buzz Williams remains a favorite at Texas A&M
quote:

Once Williams, 46, is done with his season at Virginia Tech — and the Hokies are built to win at least a couple of games in the postseason — he’s expected to pack his bags and load up his family for College Station.

“The wide expectation among college basketball insiders is that Williams will be the next coach at Texas A&M,” national college basketball columnist Seth Davis recently said. “If Williams turns this down, a lot of folks around the sport will be quite surprised.”
