Did you even read the article, mensa? A&M is essentially asking for a similar amount of money that Texas got last year, on a similar exception basis.

Texas and Texas A&M are not equal. Texas didn't create A&M as an equal partner. Aggie added a lot more students to increase their alumni base for more donations. Texas has about 235,000 total students, A&M 152,000. They'll figure it out.
