Never met a fellow Gen Z who hated 80s music. We look up to that decade as one where pop music was reliably good.

I hate a lot of 80's music, but not all of it. Tonight, I'm going to buy tickets to go see the Descendents when they come to Birmingham in March.

I enjoy rock from the decade. Most pop though like Madonna and Michael Jackson, no.

80’s music is the best decade of music.

No doubt.

Telsa was a great band in the 80s. Many good songs. Signs, Thats the way it is, Love song. So many others. One of my favorite bands. But Bog Seger is my #1. Night Moves, Against the Wind, Come to Papa, Betty Lou, Hollywood Nights.

The Ramones in the 80's were okay, not as good as their 70's production.

Somebody Put Something in My Drink, Pet Sematary,Merry Christmas (I Don't Want To Fight Tonight), The KKK Took My Baby Away, Psycho Therapy, Do You Remember Rock 'n' Roll Radio, and Baby I Love You are some pretty good songs from the 80's.

Tesla was/is killer IMO. The 80s had plenty of good music in all genres. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Let's go ahead and end this thread. I'm about to post a link to the best song ever created in the 80's and, after that, there won't be any need to continue.

This guy swept the world with his song and it is widely regarded as the #1 song ever created in any time period and any genre.

Simply The Best

80's had a lot of good music.

Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, the big hair rock bands, the Police, Lionel Ritchie, etc. The list goes on and on.
