The documents I took screen shots from above would blow your mind. And that's directly from the Defense Intelligence agency

quote:
“Yet while we are indeed moving forward in time, there is also always some movement backwards, a kind of jiggling effect, and it is this movement I want to measure using these K and B mesons.”
“Understanding how time evolution comes about in this way opens up a whole new view on the fundamental nature of time itself," she said. "It may even help us to better understand bizarre ideas such as travelling back in time.”

There was also this dude a few years back out of Stanford or MIT or some such place who was working on a time travel device that would allow information to be sent into the past by creating a closed loop on space-time by creating a cylinder of laser light. The idea that a solid tube of light closes off space-time from everything outside the apparatus. Then, if you speed up particles beyond the speed of light, they will travel backwards in time.
I'm pretty sure that traveling backwards in time is possible. As the article above mentions, it happens naturally in the subatomic realm.
